1 General Introduction

4 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts may be permanently closed and associated balances may be forfeited. Multiple accounts operated from the same household, device, or network may also fall under this policy.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).

6 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

7 Welcome Bonus

New players making their first deposit at 9bd1 are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 or more → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.

Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = total ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

8 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

1. Each player may use each offer only once.
2. Bonuses are provided for entertainment gaming purposes only.
3. Bonus balances cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
4. 9bd1 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected misuse.
5. Each bonus may have a separate expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
6. Use of professional betting strategies or bonus arbitrage may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

9 General Gaming Rules

All games on 9bd1 are operated by approved software providers and run fairly using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game outcome is entirely independent and not influenced by previous results.

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games is prohibited.
• Colluding or collaborating with other players is prohibited.
• Any technical error or bug found must be reported to support immediately; exploiting it is prohibited.
• If a technical error is detected in a game outcome, 9bd1 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

10 Sports Betting Rules

Please keep the following in mind when placing bets in the sports betting section:

• If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the bet will be registered at the new odds.
• Bets on events cancelled before the match starts will be refunded.
• If one event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be removed and the remaining odds will be settled.
• 9bd1 is not responsible for discrepancies in in-play betting caused by server delays.
• Bets placed based on deliberately false information will be voided.

11 VIP Program

9bd1's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

The method of tier progression and the benefits at each tier may change at 9bd1's discretion. VIP benefits are non-transferable and will be cancelled if an account is closed.

12 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9bd1 platform:

1. Depositing or using funds from illegal sources.
2. Misusing the platform for money laundering or terrorism financing.
3. Operating an account under another person's identity.
4. Hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
5. Creating multiple accounts with false information to collect bonuses.
6. Filing false complaints against the platform or abusing chargebacks.
7. Any form of fraudulent activity.

Breaching these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and full balance forfeiture. Relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.
